1Open the diaryOpen the Salon Manager diary.

3Open Display SettingsChoose Display Settings at the bottom left of the settings menu.
4Find the display optionLocate Hide Booked Out Team Members.
5Enable the settingTurn the slider on.
6Save the changeSelect Save.
7Check the diaryBooked-out team members will now be hidden from the day column.
