Support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year via Ruby, our online Chatbot located in the right hand corner of the screen. Ruby also has some simple hints and tips for you to try first.

Logging a support ticket with Ruby takes less than 2 minutes and is the fastest way to access our experienced support team. It is much quicker than speaking to a member of the team and asking them to log a support ticket for you. Once you have logged a ticket you can register with our customer portal to see how it is progressing. Please be aware that as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic we continue to work remotely to ensure the safety and well-being of iSalon staff and it is taking longer than usual to answer some calls if you are unable to log a ticket yourself. As a result you may also hear some unusual background noises. We thank you for your patience and understanding as we all continue to adjust to the ever changing new normal and new ways of working.
